In my point of view. If You are dreaming to live a healthy life, then you must have to choose the way of daily sweating. Either it can be running, dancing , swimming or it can be gymming. It is very mandatory that if any one want to fit in their lifestyle then he must have eat the healthy food and workout for healthy life style.
